Daniel Hatch
Daniel Hatch is a highly experienced and accomplished automotive maintenance technician, with over 24 years of experience in the field. He began his career in 1997, working at Willey Ford (now the Ford/Lincoln store) while going through Ford's ASSET training program. Throughout the years, Daniel has worked hard to hone his skills and knowledge, eventually achieving the prestigious status of Senior Master certified through Ford's training program. In 2010, when Truck Country opened, Daniel made the move to the new location, where he continued to excel in his role as a master technician. However, it was around 8 or 9 years ago that he discovered his passion for mentoring others. Specifically, he began working with maintenance techs in the quick lane who wanted to work towards becoming master techs themselves. Although it was a challenging task, Daniel found it incredibly rewarding to watch his mentees grow and develop the skills they needed to advance in their careers and improve their personal lives.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, who keep them busy with all their activities. In the winter months, he can often be found hitting the snowmobile trails, while in the summer, he loves to travel and camp with his family. Daniel's dedication to his craft and his passion for mentoring make him an invaluable member of the academy team.
Outside of work, Walter enjoys spending time with his family and staying active. He can often be found working on projects around the house, or taking long walks with his wife. With his impressive experience and certifications, Walter is an instrumental asset to the Tech Academy Team.
